JOHN TERPSTRA HURT IN AUTO ACCIDENT
-----------------------------------
Blow on Head Nearly Results In Concussion of the Brain
-----------------------------------

John Terpstra had the misfortune to get mixed up in an auto accident in Oskaloosa last Thursday which almost resulted in a serious injury to himself. John was driving his Ford touring car when he collided with a street car. He was bruised and shaken up by the shock but did not think he was seriously injured when he returned to Grinnell the next day. Monday he suffered a great deal from what physicians thought might be concussion of the brain. Further examination proved that this suspicion was unwarranted and John is feeling much better today. He feels lucky to have escaped from the accident without serious injuries although his Ford was quite badly wrecked.
