GASOLINE DROPS 2 CENTS IN PRICE

All Standard Oil and Manhattan gasoline service stations in Grinnell received notice Tuesday morning to sell gasoline at 18-1/2 cents per gallon, a two-cent price cut. The new tank wagon price will be 17-1/2 cents, a one-cent cut. Gasoline formerly sold at 20-1/2 cents including a three cent tax.
