LITTLE GIRL DRINKS GLASS OF KEROSENE

Karen Sue Davis, little daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Roy Davis of Detroit, Mich., was rushed to the Community hospital shortly before noon Tuesday after drinking a small glassful of kerosene.

A doctor at Deep River, where the Davises were visiting Mrs. Davis's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Jess Yeo, had pumped out the little tot's stomach and examination at the hospital indicted she should suffer no serious effects from the experience.

Karen Sue had found the glass of kerosene in a washroom at the Yeo home and gulped the oil down before her folks knew what she was up to.
