PEGGY ROE, BRIDE OF JOHN FLEMING

Mr. and Mrs. George Roe, Sr., of Grinnell, announce the marriage of their daughter, Peggy, to John Fleming, son of Mr. and Mrs. Pat Fleming, also of Grinnell, on Saturday, May 24, in Unionville, Mo. The nuptial service was read at 10 o'clcok a.m. by Rev. Charles W. Caldwell, Methodist pastor in the presence of Mr. and Mrs. George Roe, Jr., brother and sister-in-law of the bride.

A moss green frock with white accessories was chosen by the bride for her wedding. Mrs. Roe was attired in an afternoon dress with white accessories.

Mrs. Fleming was graduated from the Grinnell High school with the class of 1941 and is employed at the Morrison-Shults factory, where she will continue her work and reside in the home of her parents. Mr. Fleming, who was graduated from the Grinnell High school in 1936, left on Monday for St. Louis, Mo., where he will be stationed in the United States army at Jefferson Barracks.
