Norman Pilgrim Meets Near Fatal Accident

The Washington township correspondent of the Palladium says that Norman Pilgrim met with what promised to be a fatal accident last Saturday forenoon. Two of his horses were fighting in the barn when he went to separate them. He picked up a piece of board and struck one of them when the other one kicked him in the stomach. He was not expected to live for three or four days and is not out of danger yet. His physician thinks he will pull through now if he has no back set.
