APPLEBY-FOSTER

A surprise wedding which is of interest to Grinnell friends occurred Monday in Adel, when Miss Lucile Appleby of this city was married to Fred Foster of Des Moines. The young couple formed their acquaintanceship while the bride was employed as bookeeper in the Telephone office. Mr. Foster is a lineman on the Bell Telephone force and works out of Des Moines.

Mr. and Mrs. Foster will make their future home in Des Moines.
