Mr. and Mrs. Andrew Connor have visited a week recently with Grinnell, Montezuma and Brooklyn friends. Mr. Connor is a brother-in-law of J.W. Norris by his first wife. He was a member of Co. E, 4th Iowa Cavalry, and messed for three years with D.F. Hays of this city with whom he enjoyed a fine visit while here. He enlisted from Brooklyn with the Grinnell Co. E.
