Brooklyn Chronicle (Brooklyn, Iowa) Nov. 27, 1903

At six o'clock Thanksgiving evening Miss Anna Vanderveer will be united in marriage to Mr. W.E. Penfield. They will go the same evening to Minneapolis where they will make their home and will go directly to house keeping in a house already furnished.

At the home of the bride's parents, Mr. and Mrs. U. Vanderveer, on Main street last evening at 6 o'clock occurred the marriage of W.E. Penfield and Miss Anna Vanderveer. It was a quiet home wedding, none but the families of the two most interested parties being present. The ceremony was performed by the Rev. E.M. Vittum.
