CLIFTON DIVORCE AWAITS BRIEFS

Following the presentation of testimony Nov. 16 and 17 in the Poweshiek county district court, Judge Harold J. Fleck, Oskaloosa, directed attorneys to file briefs in the divorce case of Margaret Clifton, Grinnell, vs. Raymond Dale Clifton, Grinnell.

The briefs are to be filed with the court by Dec. 1. Involved in the suit are the custody of three children and the division of the family property.
