LYMAN DIVORCE GRANTED SATURDAY

Estella Lyman was granted a divorce from Cecil Lyman, both of Guernsey, by Judge Frank R. Bechly in district court in Montezuma Saturday.

Custody of one minor child was awarded to the plaintiff. Defendant is to provide $30 a month toward its support and will also pay $25 a month in alimony.

Divorce was granted on grounds of cruel and inhuman treatment. The defendant has the right to visit the minor child. The plaintiff was awarded household goods and personal property while the defendant was given the right to remove items of wearing apparel and hand tools.
