LEGG-OBERG

Grinnell people will be interested to learn of the marriage of Miss Frances Legg, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Austin Legg, of this city and Clifton E. Oberg of Ames which took place August 6th, at the home of the bridegroom's uncle, who is a retired minister, at 1343 E. Grand, Des Moines. They were attended by Mr. and Mrs. Albert Cervi, cousins of the bridegroom.

Mrs. Oberg attended the Grinnell public schools and graduated from Grinnell high school in the class of 1929. After graduation she worked for a year in the office of the Grinnell Washing Machine Corp. Later she went to Des Moines and worked for a year in the office of the Rollins Hosiery Mills and recently has been office assistant in Dr. Carpenter' office in Newton.

Mr. Oberg graduated from Ames high school and attended Iowa State college. He is now manager of the Ames Independent Dairy. Mr. and Mrs. Oberg will make their home in Ames.
