MR. AND MRS. HUDSON HAVE 28TH ANNIVERSARY

Mr. and Mrs. Everett Hudson, who now live six miles northeast of Brooklyn, were given a surprise party Sunday in honor of their 28th wedding anniversary. Their former neighbors near Grinnell came with picnic baskets for the affair, and a group gift was presented by all the families invited. The Hudsons have two daughters, Mrs. Kenneth Osland (Celma) and Mrs. Merl Keup (Neola), both of Tama.

Families attending were Mr. and Mrs. Albert Herzberg, with Raymond and Colene, and Mr. and Mrs. Erwin Wang, Malcom; Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Hanssen, with Raymond and Kenneth, Mr. and Mrs. Herb Holderness, with Bernard and Betty Lou, Miss Dorothy Tish, Mrs. Merl Stevenson, and Mr. and Mrs. Ray Wiley, Grinnell; Mr. and Mrs. Merl Keup, with Sammy, Tama; and Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Lineweaver, with Betty, Kenneth, Jr., and Dickie, Brooklyn. Unable to attend were Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Rutherford and children and Mrs. Albert Hanssen, with Walter and Dorothy, Grinnell; and Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Osland, with Larry, Tama.
