DOUBLE WEDDING
Two Couples Call on Rev. Burdine to Perform Ceremony.

Wednesday evening, December 23, at the home of Rev. Burdine, who officiated, occurred a double wedding in which two sisters, Misses Blanche Swangle and Hazle Swangle were brides and Edward Tish and Lafey Miller grooms.

The brides are daughters of Mr. and Mrs. C.C. Swangle of the Forest Home neighborhood, popular young ladies, well known and most highly respected, with many friends and admirers. Miss Hazle, who became the bride of Mr. Miller, has for several years been a successful teacher in the rural schools. Miss Blanche, like her sister, possesses all the qualifications to make for a husband an ideal home.

Lafey Miller is a son of Mr. and Mrs. Albert Miller, and is well and favorable known in the western part of the county. Mr. Tish is the son of Mr. and Mrs. W.P. Tish, residents of Union township. The young men and their brides will receive the congratulations of a large number of friends and acquaintances who will wish for them happiness and prosperity.

Mr. and Mrs. Tish, we are informed, will reside in Sugar Creek township where the groom had previously prepared a home.
