NASH, M. G. -- P.O. Searsboro. Was born in the State of Michigan, on the 2nd day of March, 1856. While he was yet very young, his parents removed to the State of New York. Here Mr. Nash was brought up and educated. He continued to live in the State of New York until the year 1877, when he removed to Iowa, settling in Grinnell, where he was engaged for a short time in selling goods in a millinery store, and then removed to Searsboro and commenced the business of school teaching, which business he has followed ever since in Sugar Creek township, having taught several terms at Hazel Dell, and several terms at Stanley's school-house. Mr. Nash is a young man of pleasing address and a fine teacher, and his services are always in good demand as a teacher. He is now learning the business of telegraphy in the office at Searsboro. He is the Secretary of the Society of the Independent Order of Odd Fellows in Searsboro, and enjoys the entire confidence of his many friends.
