WALTERS, W.R.—Malcom Twp—pg 880. Farmer, section 6, P.O. Grinnell. Was born in Camden, Ohio, in 1847. He was there educated and raised to manhood and followed the occupation of an iron moulder until 1867. He then engaged in agricultural pursuits. Was married, in 1875, to Miss Louisa Miller of that county. In 1876 he came to this county and settled in his present location, where he owns a farm of 174 acres of improved land. His home is pleasantly situated surrounded with fine orchards and is a very desirable location. He is a man of industry, honest and upright in every respect, and is deserving of the esteem in which he is held by the people.
