Mildred Ratcliff, 2 years old, of Council Bluffs, died from phosphate poisoning. She ate the heads off several matches.

Transcriber's Note: Find a Grave shows her name spelled Radcliff and that she was born in 1911 and died Oct. 29, 1913. She is buried in Fairview Cemetery.
