Herman G. Norgaard, a member of the Council Bluffs high school football team, died on the 10th from abcess of the brain, brought on by injuries received in a game at Harlan, Iowa, two weeks ago. He had been suffering from ear trouble several years, and this was aggravated in such a way that it affected his brain.

Transcriber’s Note: Find-a-Grave shows he is buried in Walnut Hill Cemetery and that he was born in 1887.
