Funerals

The funeral of Stephen Scott, who died as the result of being trampled upon by a frightened horse, was held at 1:30 Tuesday afternoon at the family residence, 1210 East Broadway. Rev. Edgar Price of the First Christian Church conducted the service. Burial took place at Walnut Hill.

He was single, both his parents were born in Iowa. Also at the same residence was Lee Boren, age 20, listed as a partner with Stephen at the Livery Barn.]
