Mrs. Emma S. Boehm, 65, Route 1, died Monday night at a local hospital. Mrs. Boehm had been suffering from heart trouble for six years.
Born in Oak Township, Mills County, she was a resident of Pottawattamie County for 43 years.
She was a member of St. Paul's Evangelical and Reformed Church of Route 1, Council Bluffs.
Survivors are: husband, Herman; two sons, Edwin of Kansas City, Mo., and Orville of Route 1; one daughter, Geraldine of Route 1; two brothers, John Young of Route 2 and Herman Young of Glenwood; one sister, Mrs. Lydia Basch of McClelland; and two grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Thursday at 2 p.m. at St. Paul's Evangelical and Reformed Church of Route 1.
There will be a short service at Cutler's Funeral Home Chapel at 1 p.m., the Rev. Roy F. Chesney officiating.
Burial will be at St. Paul's Lutheran Cemetery, Route 1.
