Mrs. Anna B. Young
A resident of Keg Creek township all her life, Mrs. Anna Basch Young, route 2, died Sunday at a local hospital after an illness of several weeks.
She was a member of St. Paul's Evangelical and Reformed church of route 1.
Survivors include her husband, John; three daughters, Ella and Ida Young, at home, and Mrs. Robert Birchard of Boys Town, Neb.; seven sons, Arthur and Walter, at home, Henry and Carl of route 1, Fred and William of Star route, and Herbert of route 2; two sisters, Mrs. Carrie Weber of Clearwater, Neb., and Mrs. Mary Drinkuth of Idaho Falls, Idaho, two brothers, Fred and John Basch of Council Bluffs; and 11 grandchildren.
Short funeral services will be held at the Cutler funeral home Wednesday at 1 p.m. followed by services at the St. Paul's Evangelical and Reformed church, route 1, at 2 p.m. The Rev. Eugene Schneider will officiate. Burial will be in St. Paul's cemetery.
