Anna P. Miller

The funeral for Anna P. Miller, 78, of Council Bluffs will be Friday at 11 a.m. at Cutler-O'Neill-Meyer-Woodring Funeral Home with the Rev. Delwayne Hahn of Our Savior's Lutheran Church officiating.

Mrs. Miller died April 8 at home.

She was born Feb. 1, 1925, in Galion, Ohio. She lived in Council Bluffs 60 years. She was an Army nurse during World War II. She retired after 35 years at Cownie Furs in Omaha. Member of Our Savior's Lutheran Church.

Mrs. Miller was preceded in death by her husband, George, and her son, Andrew C. Miller.

Survivors include two daughters, Patricia Serrano of Glenwood and Mary Williams of Phoenix; daughter-in-law, Barbara Miller, of Council Bluffs; seven grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; sister, Jeannie, of the Ohio area.

Visitation with the family will be tonight from 6 to 8 at the funeral home. Burial will be in Garner Township Cemetery with military rites conducted by American Legion Post No. 2.
