Mass of Christian burial for Oscar E. Kilnoski, 94, of Council Bluffs will be Friday at 10:30 a.m. at St. Patrick's Church with the Rev. John O. Bertogli officiating.
Mr. Kilnoski died March 17 at Bethany Lutheran Home.
He was born Jan. 23, 1909, in Council Bluffs. He was founder and CEO of Pee Wee Store, which opened in 1940 and was later known as Bud's Hobby Shop. He was a member of St. Patrick's Church and was a master gardener.
Mr. Kilnoski was preceded in death by his wife, Mary (Wilmes), in 1992. He was also preceded in death by a son, John Kilnoski.
Survivors include a daughter, Mary Alice Daly, of Council Bluffs; a son, Bud, and wife, Judy, of Council Bluffs; grandchildren; great-grandchildren; and great-great-grandchildren.
Rosary recitation will be Thursday at 6 p.m. with a wake service at 7 p.m., followed by family visitation at Cutler- O'Neill-Meyer-Woodring Funeral Home. Burial will be in St. Joseph Cemetery with a luncheon to follow at church.
Memorials may be offered to St. Albert Schools and VNA Hospice.
