Council Bluffs, Ia, Aug. 25--William Boehnig, 63 years of age, is the first victim of the heated term in Council Bluffs. He died yesterday. Boehnig had been in his usual health up to 2 o'clock, but became overheated while working on a building. He lived but two hours after being taken home.
