In Memory: Margaret Carlson

Margaret Aileen Carlson, 84, of Garfield, Arkansas, died January 24 in Springdale, Arkansas.

She was born in Kansas to Harry and Edna (Handcock) Lowe. She was a nurse for 30 years before she retired.

Mrs. Carlson was preceded in death by her first husband, C. James Luxford, and her second husband, Fred Carlson.

Survivors include a daughter, Margaret Sheridan, of Garfield; a son, Thomas Luxford, of Underwood; four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

Private services were held by Nelson's Funeral Home in Fayetteville, Arkansas.

Memorials may be offered to the American Cancer Society in Springdale.
