Lota M. Bolton

The funeral for Lota Mabel Bolton, 95, of Cedar Rapids will be Thursday at 10:30 a.m. at McCurdy Funeral Home with the Rev. E.A. Hering officiating.

Mrs. Bolton died Feb. 16 at St. Luke's Hospital in Cedar Rapids.

She was born in Roundhill, Ky. She lived in Council Bluffs for 40 years before moving to Cedar Rapids in 1997. She was a homemaker and a member of Epworth United Methodist Church.

Mrs. Bolton was preceded in death by her husband, Tuck, in 1977.

Survivors include three daughters, Mrs. Ione Bolton of Council Bluffs, Barbara Nelson and husband, Bill, of Cedar Rapids and Linda Reid of Brentwood, Tenn.; two sons, Theron and wife, Carol, of Omaha and Hugh of Barnett, Mo.; 10 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren.

Visitation with the family will be Wednesday from 6:30 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be in Cedar Lawn Cemetery.
