Lowell F. Hopkins

Lowell Felix Hopkins, 80, of Council Bluffs died Feb. 7 at Jennie Edmundson Hospital.

He was born Sept. 7, 1922, in Council Bluffs to James Elliott and Gersie Hopkins. He was a custodian at Jennie Edmundson Hospital for 20 years. He was retired 15 years.

Survivors include his wife, Mary (Ratliff); one brother, Archie Hopkins, of Colorado; many nephews and nieces.

Visitation with the family will be Sunday from 2 to 5 p.m. at McCurdy Funeral Home. The funeral will be Monday at 2:30 p.m. at the funeral home with the Rev. Duane King officiating. Burial will be in Ridgewood Cemetery.
