Ludwig Meyer Jr 1894-1918

Ludwig Meyer, Jr., was born December 2, 1894, at Bellwood, Nebraska and departed this life December 9, 1918 at the home of his parents near Hancock, Iowa. The funeral services were held at the Avoca cemetery, Tuesday, December 10.

When Ludwig was a small boy his parents moved to Shelby where they lived for several years, afterward moving to Avoca. Some years ago the family moved on a farm near Hancock. Ludwig has devoted most of his time when out of school to farming. He was a young man well liked by all his acquaintances.

His leaves to mourn his loss, his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Ludwig Meyer, four brothers and one sister and a large number of relatives and friends.
