W. F. Wortman, 66, of Medford, Ore., formerly of Council Bluffs, died Saturday of a heart attack.

He is survived by his widow, Rose; three daughters, Mrs. LaVerne Nelson of Corning, Mrs. Lucille Caffee of Los Angeles, Calif., and Mrs. Vera Sanders of Silver City; three sons, Ray of Los Angeles, Vernon of Medford and Lloyd of Silver City.

Rites will be held in Oregon
