Robert Hannon, 37, former resident of Council Bluffs, died Tuesday at Los Angeles, Calif., as a result of an accident while working as a switchman on the Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe Railroad company.

He is survived by his widow, Esther Mae; two sons, Ronny Pat and Robert; six brothers and four sisters.

His body will arrive at the Beem-Belford funeral home Sunday evening.
