Mrs. Amelia A. Jurgens, 64, route 1, Council Bluffs, died at a local hospital Saturday of heart disease.

She was a member of the American Legion auxiliary, St. John's Lutheran church in Mineola, Ladies Aid and Cemetery association in Mineola.

Short services will be held at her home Tuesday, followed by funeral services at St. John's Lutheran church in Mineola at 2 p.m., with the Rev. O. C. Biermann officiating.

Survivors are her husband, Leo F. Jurgens; two sons, Rudolph of Council Bluffs and Harbey of Malvern; two daughters, Ada Jurgens of Council Bluffs and Mrs. Arlu Hindley of Herman, Neb., one brother, Rudolph Deitchler of Mineola; and one sister, Mrs. Sam Schoening of Council Bluffs.
