Funeral services for Edward F. Pleas, 66, 2533 Fourth avenue, who died at a local hospital Saturday night after an illness of one year, will be held Tuesday at 2 p.m., at Cutler chapel. Burial will be in Memorial Park cemetery.

He is survived by his widow, Olive; seven daughters, Mrs. Effie Claspill of Denver, Colo., Mrs. Evelyn Jones of Washington D. C., Mrs Harvey Wymore, Mrs Gene Craven, Leota Pleas, Dorothy Pleas and Nancy Ellen Pleas, all of Council Bluffs; two sons, Wilbert and Claude, both of Council Bluffs; one brother, Fred of Miami, Okla.; one sister Mrs. Daisy Everly of Springfield, Mo.
