Word has been received here of the death of Mrs. Jessie Cocklin, at North Bend, Ore., on June 4. She died after a short illness.

Mrs. Cocklin was a resident here until eight years ago, when she moved to Oregon to make her home with her daughter and son-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. W. M. Johnson.

Besides her daughter, she is survived by her mother, Mrs. M. E. Magruder, Council Bluffs; three brothers, J. E. Osborn of Walnut, E. M. Osborn of Missouri Valley, C. M. Osborn of Sioux Falls, S. D.; three sisters, Mrs. H. G. Redfern of Dinuba, Calif., Mrs. N. T. Bach of Glendale, Calif., and Mrs. P. R. Farris of Cedar Rapids; three grandchildren.

Interment will be at North Bend, Ore.
