MRS. HARRINGS DIES
Native of Germany was Gold Star Mother

Mrs.Christena Harrings, 77, widow of Gerd Harrings, 819 east Broadway, Died Tuesday at 9am in a local hospital of septic poisoning after an illness of ten days.
She was a Gold Star mother and member of the St. John's Evangelical church.
Mrs. Harrings was born in Germany, lived in Pottawattamie county forty-two years and moved to Council Bluffs in 1914.
She is survived by two sons, John Harrings and Emil Harrings of this city, four daughters, Mrs. Lena Habrock of Emerson, Neb.,Mrs Eda Dolkens of Long Beach, Calf.,Mrs. Anna Kessler of Homer, Neb.,Minnie Harrings at home, and seventeen grandchildren.
Culter's funeral home is in charge.
Funeral services will be held Thursday at 2pm at the residence,819 East Broadway. Burial will be in the Garner township cemetary.
