In Memory: Mayola P. Keller

Funeral for Mayola Pauline Keller, 70, of Shelby, Montana, was held Friday at 2 p.m. at St. Luke's Lutheran Church in Shelby.

Mrs. Keller died April 30 at the Marias Care Center of complications from Alzheimer's Disease.

She was born April 30, 1930, in Macedonia to Guy and Mabel (Dobbs) Stephens. She graduated from Macedonia High School in 1948. She lived in Florida before moving to Montana in 1976. She worked as a certified nurses' aide at Toole County Hospital, retiring in 1992. She was a member of St. Luke's Lutheran Church.

Survivors include a daughter, Rebecca, of Las Cruces, New Mexico; two sons, Steve of Cody, Wyoming, and Don of Shelby; three sisters, Dorothy Keller of Bedford, Texas, Mary Kinney of Indianapolis and Jolene Atkins of Omaha; eight brothers, Bob of Glenwood, Gary Stephens of Carson, Dwight Stephens' of Bellvue, Colorado, Dean Stephens of Macedonia, Larmon Stephens of LaVern, California, Dwain Stephens of Omaha and Bill Stephens of Treynor and five grandchildren:

The body was cremated. Whitted Funeral Chapel in Shelby was in charge of arrangements.
