Council Bluffs Nonpareil, January 25, 1914, page 7. The funeral of Mrs. Agnes BOREN, who died Thursday at her home in Crescent City, was held yesterday afternoon at 2 o'clock from the Latter Day Saints Church at that place. Rev. Joshua Carlile of Underwood officiating. Interment was in the Crescent City Cemetery. end

Note to researchers: Agnes HUTCHINSON was born May 3, 1836, in Scotland, daughter of Matthew and Jennett HUTCHINSON; the family came to Crescent, Iowa about 1841. Agnes married first Mr. BROWNELL, and then she married J.B. BOREN in Crescent, Iowa, on October 1, 1868.
