Dorothy E. Perfect

AVOCA - The funeral for Dorothy E. Perfect, 89, of Avoca will be Wednesday at 10:30 a.m. at Knutson Funeral Chapel in Avoca with the Rev. Wayne Paulsen and Nancy Ross-Hullinger officiating.

Mrs. Perfect died Dec. 15 at Avoca Nursing & Rehab in Avoca.

She was born in Council Bluffs. She was a 1931 graduate of Abraham Lincoln High School. She was a homemaker. She was a member of United Church in Avoca and Knox Project Club for many years.

Mrs. Perfect was preceded in death by her husband, Donald, in 1993. They had been married 60 years.

Survivors include one daughter, Mary Ellen Shrader, and husband, Steve, of Council Bluffs; one son, Jack, of Council Bluffs.

Visitation with the family will be tonight from 7 to 8 at the funeral home. Burial will be in Oakhill Cemetery in Hancock.
