Beverly C. Andersen

LAKELAND, Fla. - Memorial services for Beverly C. Andersen, 67, of Lakeland, Fla., will be Tuesday at 10 a.m. at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Lakeland.

Mrs. Andersen died Dec. 6 at home.

She was born Dec. 26, 1934, at the family farm in rural McClelland to Walter and Lillian Casson. She was a long time resident of Treynor where she owned and operated Bev's Beauty Shop, Andy's Service station and Andy's Warehouse clothing store for many years. She moved to Arkansas in 1984 and to Florida in 1998.

Survivors include her husband, Ronald D. "Andy"; one daughter, Ronee D. Nelson, of Chandler, Ariz.; two sons, Randy D. Andersen of Lakeland and Russell D. Andersen of Cedar Park, Texas; five sisters, Marie Christensen of Underwood, Eileen Grobe of Oakland, Evelyn Wild of Vancouver, Wash., Leta Hoffman of Broomfield, Colo., and Janet McKern of Council Bluffs; three brothers, Walter L. Casson Jr. of Okoboji, Wayne L. Casson and Weslie L. Casson both of McClelland; seven grandchildren.

Graveside service will be held Sunday at 1:30 p.m. at Zion Congregational Church Cemetery in Treynor, with coffee reception after. Gentry-Morrison Funeral Home in Lakeland is in charge of arrangements.

Memorials may be offered to the St. Paul Lutheran Church/School Building Fund in Lakeland.
