John H. Olderog, 84, Omaha, died Tuesday at his home following a short illness.

He was born at Traynor and farmed in that community many years. He retired 20 years ago and moved to Omaha where he continued working at various custodial jobs.

At the time of his death he was custodian for the J. B. Electronic Company in Omaha. He was a member of the Zion Congregational church.

Survivors include a son, Jack G. of Council Bluffs; a grandson, Tim J. Olderog; a sister, Elsie Cockard of Houston, Tex.; nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at the Meyer Funeral Home. The Rev. A. H. Hoersch, pastor of the Zion Church at Treynor will officiate. Interment will be at the Treynor Church cemetery. Memorials are suggested to the Zion Church.
