Cassie L. Rogers, 70, of Council Bluffs, passed away November 26, 2007.

She was born September 9, 1937, in Red Oak, Iowa to the late Harold and Opal (Shay) Brown. She was a member of Broadway United Methodist Church.

She was preceded in death by her first husband, Lawrence Richards, who died in 1988; and her second husband, Franklin D. Rogers, who died in 2005.

Survivors include her brother, Harold L. Brown and wife, Barbara of Council Bluffs; sister, Florabelle Richards of Kansas City, Mo.; nieces and nephews.

The body has been cremated. Memorial services will be held Friday, November 30, 2007 at 11:00 a.m. at Broadway United Methodist Church, Rev. Marvin D. Arnpriester, Pastor, will officiate. Burial of ashes will be at the Evergreen Cemetery, Red Oak.
