Theresa Parks, age 62, passed away October 17, 2007 at her home.

Theresa was born March 3, 1945 to Allen and Bertha Nelson (Hillson) in Kansas City, Mo. She was a member of the Calvary Baptist Church in Council Bluffs where she served as treasurer.

Theresa was preceded in death by her husband, Dennis Parks; parents; one brother; and one sister.

Theresa will be sadly missed by her children, Gary Nelson, Denise Parks, Anthony Parks, Angela Parks and Donnie Parks; 12 grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; sister, Mary Love; and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.

Visitation will be held 5-7pm, Sunday, Oct. 21st at Maher-Livingston Funeral Home. Funeral service will be held 10am, Monday, Oct. 22nd at the funeral home with Pastor James Brown, officiating. Interment to follow at Walnut Hill Cemetery.

Memorials may be directed to the family.
