Wendell E. Knauss, age 80, of Harlan, Iowa, died Friday, October 5, 2007.

Visitation will be Sunday, October 7, 2007 from 12:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. with a Celebration of Life Service at 8:00 p.m. at the Pauley Jones Funeral Home in Harlan, Iowa. Funeral Service will be Monday, October 8, 2007 at 10:00 a.m. at Pauley Jones Funeral Home in Harlan with burial in Bethel Cemetery in Logan, Iowa.

He is survived by his wife Marilyn A. Knauss of Harlan, Iowa; his children: Richard (Marilyn J.) Knauss of Council Bluffs, Iowa, Reta (Don) Lantis of Dakota Dunes, S.D., Ron (Lucy) Knauss of Portsmouth, Iowa, Rhonda (Gary) Nordby of Logan, Iowa, Regena (Greg) Weihs of Harlan, Iowa, and Jodie Bridges of Ringsted, Iowa; 12 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren; and his brother Garry (Connie) Knauss of Logan.

Pauley Jones Funeral Home in Harlan is in charge of arrangements.
