F. H. Gehrmann

F. H. Gehrmann, farmer, P. O. Carson, was born in Berlin, Prussia, August 25, 1852. He is the son of Charles. F. and Johannah (Riceland) Gehrmann. (See sketch of E. J. Gehrmann.) Our subject received his education principally in Germany. He attended the commons chools until he was fourteen years of age, after which he attended two years at the high school. He then learned the carpenter's trade, at which he worked till he came to America, with his father, in 1869, since which he has been engaged in farming.
