Dennis Stout, 56, of Des Moines, passed away on March 15. Cremation has taken place and a memorial service will be set for a later date.
He was born on February 1, 1956 in Des Moines, to Jack and Charlotte Stout.
Dennis lived most of his life in Iowa, but spent nine years in Denver, CO living closer to his daughter, Jessica and grandchildren, whom he loved very much. He was a welder and house painter by trade, but his favorite job was at the food bank while living in Denver.
Fishing was his favorite pastime, especially on Washburn Lake in Outing, MN where he once hooked a 20 lb northern.
Dennis will be greatly missed by his daughter Jessica, grandchildren Haley and Tyler, ex wife Sherry, brothers David and Dick, sisters Sandra and Karen, and many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Jack and Charlotte, and sisters, Pam and Sally.
