William H. (Bill) Mundell, died March 5, 2012, in Alamo, TX. His cremains will be returned to Iowa where a private memorial service will be held. He was a WWII veteran and retiree from John Deere who enjoyed his winters in Alamo.
Missing his unique story telling style are his wife, Mary, daughters, Cheri (Bob) Tefft, Patricia (Rick) Miller, Kathy (Bruce) Van Gundy, brother Jim (Joyce) Mundell grandsons Brandon (Laura) and Cameron Reese; step-daughter Yvonne (Kerry) Durham, step-grandchildren Cory (Ashley) Miller, Jennifer (Brian) Morrison, Alyssa Durham, many extended family members and friends. Meeting him at the gate were his parents, two sisters, two brothers, several family members and many friends.
