Herman V. Kimber, a Des Moines automobile salesman, was instantly killed. While speeding a car for a prospective customer it struck a tree. His companion was badly injured.

Transcriber’s Note: Find a Grave shows he was born Feb. 12, 1891 and died April 27, 1916. He is buried in Woodland Cemetery.
