A special from Buffalo, N. Y., announces that Albert Leaty, aged 55, a brother of Rev. H. A. Leaty of Des Moines, committed suicide by swallowing carbolic acid. Besides his brother of Des Moines, he leaves a wife, four sons and one daughter.

Transcriber’s Note: Find a Grave shows he was born Aug. 1856 and died June 16, 1913. He is buried in Webster Rural Cemetery in Webster, NY
