David Davis, Sr.
1951-2011David L. Davis, Sr., 60, of Des Moines died on May 14, 2011, at his residence. David was born on March 26, 1951, in Des Moines to George & Margaret Davis. He was a self-employed Home Remodeler.
A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, May 18, 2011, at 11:00 a.m. at the Graham Cemetery in Mingo, Iowa. Visitation will occur Tuesday from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m., at Hamilton’s Funeral Home, 605 Lyon Street.
He is survived by his loving wife, Brenda; his two sons, David, Jr., and Joseph Davis; his daughter Kathryn King; four grandchildren; his brother, George Davis and his sister, Christine Davis; and many nieces and nephews. David was preceded in death by his parents, three brothers, and a sister.
