Mrs. Arbtin Dies At Home of Son

Mrs. Clara L. Arbtin, 87, of Hobson drive, died Tuesday after a brief illness at the home of her son, Edwin Arbtin, 1227 Eighth street. Born in Sweden, she came to this country sixty-two years ago, and had lived in Des Moines fifty-four years.

Services will be at 3 p.m. Thursday at the Dahlstrom Funeral home. Burial will be at Pine Hill cemetery. Surviving are two sons, Edwin and Emil, both of Des Moines; a sister Mrs. Ida Montose, Van Nuys, Cal.; seven grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
