1934 - 2012Larry Killmer, a man of few words and little fanfare, died Sunday morning, November 25, at his home in West Des Moines from complications of COPD.
His body was donated to Des Moines University and no services are planned as he wished.
He is survived by his wife Nadine Killmer, his daughters Megan Ferchen and Janis (Bill) Holland and his grandchildren, Kade and Alec Ferchen.
Our family would like to thank HCI (Hospice of Central Iowa) for all the help and support they have provided, with a special "thank you" to Connie who always brought laughter along with her care to our house.
