Corey Forrester, 34, was born November 30, 1976 in Des Moines, the son of Jim and Sandra Sue (Mincks) Forrester. He was killed in a tragic automobile accident Saturday, November 26, 2011.

Corey is survived by his wife, Fern Forrester; his father, Jim Forrester; and his siblings, Shawn, Kelly and Cassandra. He was preceded in death by his mother, Sandra Sue Forrester; and his grandparents, Hillis and Ann Forrester.

A Celebration of Life will be held from 1 to 4 p.m. Saturday, December 3, 2011 at Pioneer Columbus Community Center, 2100 SE 5th Street.
